Matthew Livelsberger had an ACTIVE TSSCI CLEARANCE WITH ACCESS TO USAP projects… (Unacknowledged Special Access Projects). This is huge. This clearance gives him access to black projects way above top secret involving reverse engineered UAPS/UFOS! Which means he has knowledge of the ALIEN TECH and would know at least SOME of the drones people are seeing are from ETs! His clearance puts him above members of Congress and most military.

"How fast is it?" Arritt responded. "Ungodly," Livelsberger wrote.
Livelsberger also bragged to his ex about "building drones" in his new role. "You would love it," he added.

According to the email sent to Shoemate (retired military) then forwarded to Shawn Ryan on 12/31: Matthew wanted to draw the public’s attention to Chinese drones running on “anti-gravitics” aka free energy and their ability to get anywhere with any payload and both U.S. and China are employing these types of drones…leading to in his view “mutually assured destruction”. He states currently the Chinese are launching drones from submarines off the coast of the U.S. as a show of force…But acknowledges that they have been doing this for “years”. Note this is in the wake of military explanation re searching for “125 nukes” in and around New Jersey and the claims of the Farsight institute remote viewers that most of the so-called drones are UAP, UFOs and Plasma Orbs and also drones are put there by “aliens” as part of a forced disclosure scenario.
Note the last line of Matthew’s communique where he states he has an active TSSCI clearance and access to UAP and USAP (Unacknowledged Special Access Programs). He wrote: “I have an active TSSCI with UAP USAP access.” Strangely both Shoemate and Ryan say they have no idea what USAP is!!! Strange because that was publicly revealed and discussed on the recent UAP Committee Hearing broadcast!

And what that last line indicates is that Matthew Livelsberger has high level access to what are known as BLACK PROJECTS…way above top secret. This suggests he may be a willing participant in at least part of this OPERATION. Or an MKUltra mind control victim sent on a mission.
This mind control operation in my view is an effort to redirect the narrative AWAY from the alien craft to a more terrestrial and believable scenario involving “China”. Again the “manifesto” was sent on 12/31 after the Signal code on Matthew’s phone was changed. Leading to the very real possibility that the text of the “manifesto” was possibly altered, Matthew captured and the subsequent Tesla part of the incident orchestrated by other players…likely CIA.
ADDED NOTE: He references his ABDUCTION! WTF IS HE TALKING ABOUT? Is he suggesting he wrote the email under duress? As I state in this article it is likely he was captured between the 29th and 31st when he (or CIA/FBI) wrote the email dated 12/31).

The info regarding the signal signature code changing may prove that the real op using the Tesla did not involve Matthew Livelsberger but the special operators reporting to the orchestrators manipulating both events.
Apparently Elon Musk has now provided photos from the charging stations along the route the Tesla is said to have followed on the way to the Trump hotel. They have NOT released those photos. We are only given information suggesting the man in the photos at the charging station is Livelsberger when it is entirely possible it was not. Anywhere along the route including the original location a switch could have been made.
Again due to the change in SIGNAL security codes between December 29th and the 31st my position on this is that Matthew Livelsberger was captured and switched out. That the original Texted message and the so-called MANIFESTO which according to Police was not released by Livelsberger (except to former military Shoemate) are written by different people. Or the “manifesto” was altered and edited by the real perpetrators of this event not Livelsberger.
