Kerry, I would agree with your comments; that what you have suggested regarding the so-called "white hats" has not yet occurred, however, draws into question their very existence. As you have commented elsewhere, they are clearly not in control, for if they were (considering all the events of the past few years that they would have had to let occur) they would be really no better than their opposition—they would be, in fact, one and the same. That we find ourselves, at this late date, in the situation that we do, with nothing really tangible, with nothing commonly recognized by the majority of the population, as having been achieved by the supposed “white hats”—how has the “swamp” been drained so far?—strongly indicates that the concept of the “white hats” is really nothing more than a ploy by the opposition to buy time to become more entrenched and to get those who would otherwise resist to instead do nothing. (Where exactly did that extremely counterproductive slogan “get your popcorn and enjoy the show” originate? Whose “plan” is it that we are suppose to be “trusting”?) If the white hats do exist, the question remains as to what they are doing—besides alienating those who would otherwise be their allies?
My research isn't as anywhere extensive as yours, but my current understanding is that negative ET's can't get past 5D and would be instantly seen and kicked out of 5D if they tried, so they are stuck in 4D out of at least 12 or 13 densities in this universe using numbers to describe that, so they are only currently a threat for the beings like us stuck in lower densities, and compared to higher density positive beings not very powerful-- the idea that negativity and evil is as powerful as positivity, goodness, and love doesn't match up to the evidence and reason I'm see around densities being mostly positive, so seeing the long-term future as an endless tug of war between good and evil for every individual soul seems wrong to me since it doesn't match most evidence point to soul evolution becoming far powerful in a loving oneness orientation with more densities matching up to that.
Assuming claims are true from Alex Collier and Elena Danaan who I see as having a lot of corroborative evidence for their claims compared to a lot of others in Ufology, the negative ET's are completely or almost completely gone from Earth-- despite reptilian-human hybrids are hanging around who have as much power as the average human, with a lot more reptilian DNA than average who have facial or full-body shifting, at various levels of moral orientation, whether they realize their genetics or not, which also is backed up from claims from others-- and brings into question if "the crazy plane lady" was a spontaneous thing, or the white hat's and/or positive ET's way of helping prep the public for the idea of reptilian-human shapeshifters, which Elena Danaan once mentioned some of these shapeshifters were being left around so that they could at some point be exposed to the public as part of disclosure.
But a hot war with ET AI doesn't seem like a pressing issue to me yet because I see the Earth as currently very protected from negative ET's at this time and most humans don't have the free-will for space travel which means they can't leave the protected zone, but Alex Collier has suggested that positive ET's put limits on where space traveling humans can go because these ET's do not like that the rest of their species isn't caught up to speed-- and it's an interesting question of how the remaining Dark Fleet is factored into those limits. I also speculate the white hats are pushing Christianity somewhat, despite that some of it is false and subsequently comes with downsides as disclosure happens around religion, because overall they see that doing so has more utilitarian outcomes for humanity. These subjects are filled with warring obfuscation, so this is just the most likely truth I'm seeing, and subject to change with new evidence and arguments.

I was curious to see if the moon’s frequency has diminished since the moon room was shut down.
